Responsibilities:

• Leading of execution of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Machinery adjustment and setup
• Machinery model change
• Ensure safety environment (lockout tagout, work permissions, use of yellow sheets, etc)
• Safety support (Development and plan of activities to close open eyes)
• Facilities inspection and maintenance
• Make digital records and reports of maintenance activities
• Support of process and machinery improvements
• Quotation and purchasing of spare parts and maintenance materials.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree
• 3 years of experience in maintenance of machinery
• Basic knowledge of automation and control logic
• Intermediate knowledge reading and understanding electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Advance knowledge in the use and handling of hand tools and machine adjustments.
• Basic / Intermediate knowledge of 5´s and lean manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools
• High sense of responsibility, discipline and teamwork
• Intermediate knowledge in mechanical, pneumatical and electrical systems and machinery.

Basic leadership of activities and strong communication skills.
