Responsibilities / TasksMaintain strong customers relationship through a regular schedule of visit.Promote strategic service offerings such as first service offers, recommended spare part packages, repair, service level agreements, post-commissioning training, plant health checks, and service upgrade project.Manage and analyze spare parts inventory to ensure that the required spare parts are available for customer.Work collaboratively across teams – including Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical Support, etc to provide the customer with a high-quality service.Achieve and exceed service sales KPI targets, including but not limited to order intake, sales, gross margin, account receivable and other personal KPIs.Your Profile / QualificationsBachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.Must have the ability to learn current ERP system used for order entry/processing.Proficient in all Microsoft applications.Sales-driven - have a passion to achieve sales target.People-oriented - have a passion to meet and visit people/customers, good interpersonal skills.Good spoken and written English.Strong communication and presentation skills.Did we spark your interest?
