In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Assembly Team at Cutting Dynamics is growing and seeking to fill the position of an Assembly Operator. <strong>This is a First Shift position: 6am-3:30pm, 5-day work week, Monday-Friday</strong></p><h2><strong>What you will get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Installs/assembles screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, components, etc.</li><li>Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.</li><li>Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment</li><li>Communicates with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues</li><li>Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></h2><ul><li>High school diploma or GED is required</li><li>Demonstrates inspection competence.</li><li>Demonstrates basic mathematical skills</li><li>Has both mechanical and technical capacity</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English is required</li><li>Great Communicator</li><li>Team Player</li><li>Integrity and Safety</li></ul><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><h2><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></h2><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
