As a Press Brake Operator you will fabricate parts for a variety of customers. Press Brake Operators run production and non-production jobs, communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and management, follow established Quality Management Systems, and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment.</p><p><strong>1st Shift: 4 day work week, 10 hour shifts, 5am-3:30pm or 6am-4:30pm</strong></p><h2><strong>What you will get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Set-up, load and run product into the CNC Press Brake Machine</li><li>Performs daily maintenance on equipment and cleans work area after each shift</li><li>Follow and performs inspection per Process Routing Document and legibly records results of inspection</li><li>Completes reports and other associated paperwork</li><li>Communicates with management, foreperson, operators, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.</li><li>Follows all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms</li><li>Safeguards company, customer, and supplier property (electronic, intellectual, and physical)</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Must have 1 year of CNC Press Brake experience</strong></li><li>High school diploma or GED is required</li><li>Demonstrates inspection competence</li><li>Demonstrates basic mathematical skills</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and drawings</li></ul><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
