We're looking for a Project Manager Smartstop (Charging Squares) to contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
As a Project Manager Smartstop, you will take charge of every phase of our Smartstop projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to highest quality standards.
You will cultivate strong relationships with installers, work closely with the sales team to tailor technical solutions to customer needs, and highlight the unique value of Smappee's products to potential clients, driving both project success and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a proactive Project Manager with a strong background in construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Responsibilities
- You oversee multi-threaded projects focused on the installation and operation of public charging squares in various public locations.
- You manage multiple projects simultaneously and bring them to a successful conclusion.
- You own the aftercare process, marketing and maintenance of “live” charging squares.
- You conduct thorough analysis and diagnosis of (technical) issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams, and assisting with complex installations & integrations as needed.
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
- You cultivate strong relationships with different key stakeholders and partners.
- You work with the sales team to identify opportunities for public charging squares.
- You maintain a comprehensive understanding of Smappee's products, features, and compatibility with various systems.
Requirements
- You have a master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management within a technical construction environment.
- You have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have a strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You possess a customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve (technical) issues effectively.
- You have strong organizational skills and can demontstrate leadership.
- You are familiar with energy monitoring, smart home devices, or renewable energy technologies is a plus.
- You are fluent in English and French, other languages are a plus.
