Manage scope growth and prepare change orders if/when required.</li><li>Ensure adherence to industry best practices, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Prepare project budgets and cost estimates, tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.</li><li>Continuously assess project risks and make data-driven decisions to overcome challenges. Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve results.</li><li>Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances and maintain project momentum.</li><li>Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to team members.</li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.</li><li>Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with client functional leads and stakeholders.</li><li>Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.</li><li>Communicate and consult with appropriate stakeholders and supervisors.</li><li>Prepare reports that project information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements.</li><li>Assume any additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by Sargent Electric Management.</li></ul>SKILLS:<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Works efficiently under tight timeframes, responds to requests in a timely manner, and communicates effectively as a team player. </li><li>Understands the importance of being able to multi-task.</li></ul>------------------------------BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.  </li><li>3+ years' experience in Utility project management experience.</li><li>Experience in understanding contracts, client drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to ensure project success.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of all standard electrical systems in Transmission, Distribution and substation construction projects.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Accubid Software experience.</li><li>ERP System experience.</li><li>Scheduling experience using MS Project or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with managing projects with IBEW labor.</li></ul> </div>
