Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Gas Plant Operator for its South Texas offices in: Pleasanton, Fowlerton, and Gillett, TX. The Gas Plant Operator will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for maximizing uptime through daily operations and maintenance of H2S Gas Treatment equipment.Duties<ul> <li>Check all equipment daily, troubleshoot, make normal repairs, assess site situations and provide feedback to the operations and engineering staff</li> <li>Report operations data and other requested information internally and externally (to Customers)</li> <li>Perform routine and preventative maintenance of equipment</li> <li>Coordinate the delivery of consumables, including chemicals and other media between sites and company’s Pleasanton facility</li> <li>Report all regulatory items as required accurately</li> <li>Report problems requiring additional help or equipment to Supervisor</li> <li>Accurately record meter readings</li> </ul>Competencies<ul> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li> <li>Proactive, recognize problems and improvements needed</li> <li>Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level</li> <li>Flexible and adaptable as a critical member of a growing organization</li> <li>Must be self-motivated and able to work independently</li> <li>Must show consistent professionalism and good judgment</li> <li>Team player</li> <li>Must be safety and environmentally conscious</li> <li>Must work well with all types of personalities</li> <li>Must be punctual and willing to work long hours if needed</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li> <li>At least one year of amine treating experience</li> <li>3-5 years within the oil &amp; gas industry is preferred</li> <li>Minimum of one year in gas production and/or gas processing treatment experience</li> <li>Valid Driver's License</li> <li>Must be computer proficient (capable of recording daily reports via Excel and email)</li> <li>Able to pass drug, alcohol, driving, physical, and background check</li> <li>Must be able to push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more at a time</li> <li>Valid work authorization in the United States</li> </ul>Working ConditionsTravel as needed.Working conditions vary and include:<ul> <li>Field work covering Texas, New Mexico, and other remote locations</li> <li>Equipment fabrication shops and panel shops</li> </ul>Weather conditions may include:<ul> <li>Hot, cold, and/or inclement</li> <li>Dusty Conditions</li> </ul>Physical Requirements<ul> <li>Ability to work in various weather conditions</li> <li>Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs or more at times</li> <li>Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Hourly, Non-Exempt</li> <li>Insurance: Major medical, dental, and vision for employee and dependents</li> <li>Cellular Reimbursement - $100/month</li> <li>Workman’s Compensation</li> <li>Short-Term, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance</li> <li>Hourly Paid Sick Leave</li> <li>Competitive Wages</li> <li>Opportunities for Overtime Hours</li> </ul>
