Build strong relationships with founders, engineers, and the product team.&nbsp;· User Research Mastery: Conduct user interviews, identify pain points, and develop key user personas to inform design decisions. Synthesize existing user research, interviews, and video recording.&nbsp;· Design Systems Kickoff: Launch the initial structure for our design system, establishing consistency across UI components, colors, and typography.&nbsp;· Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders for our MVP modules.&nbsp;· Stakeholder Collaboration: Present early designs to founders, engineers, and other team members for feedback and iteration.&nbsp;Key Deliverables:&nbsp;· Comprehensive user research and personas&nbsp;· Foundational design system&nbsp;· At least two core feature mockups or prototypes&nbsp; Next 180 Days – Design Execution &amp; User Feedback&nbsp;· UI/UX Refinement: Transition concepts into production-ready assets.
