In this role, you’ll take the lead the selection and implementation of a CMMS program for Shoals Technologies Group with the goal of increased equipment reliability, reduces downtime, and optimized operations. From troubleshooting essential equipment to managing predictive maintenance programs, this is an opportunity to grow your expertise and make a meaningful impact.In addition, the role will be responsible for leading the sharing of best maintenance practices, support the creation of standardized reporting metrics/KPI's, and evaluating historical data to support the overall asset efficiency and strategy for Shoals Technologies Group. Responsibilities:<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Develop and maintain standardized Preventive Maintenance instructions for primary equipment.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Develop recommended spare parts and inventory levels required for each asset type.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Support installation of new/rebuilt equipment with early development of preventative maintenance plans</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Train site(s) on use of CMMS for planning, scheduling and inventory tools</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Become technical support representative for CMMS solutions.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Evaluates new features, functionality and integration of tools within the CMMS system</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Owns building a network with site Engineering and Maintenance leadership to strengthen knowledge and capability through best practice sharing and development.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Work closely with site operations teams to identify systemic problems and develop plans and procedures to minimize or eliminate issues.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Provide advanced analytics of lost time across the group with the intent to minimize unplanned downtime.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Developing and implementing new <a href="https://limblecmms.com/maintenance-definitions/maintenance-procedure/">maintenance procedures</a>.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Developing and implementing new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Finding new technologies and processes that can improve equipment performance and reliability.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Developing and implementing training programs for engineering and maintenance employees.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Collaborating with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ensure readiness of all facility equipment</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Maintain usage and cost records on utilities.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Support effective Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Record and report completed repairs of items that require further attention.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Complete Root Cause Investigations for the evaluation of mechanical failures.  Provide technical recommendations for corrective actions, repairs and improvements. Implement and monitor recommended actions.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">In conjunction with Maintenance and Reliability Manager, review and prepare maintenance work procedures.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Develop continuous improvement plans for improving efficiency, asset reliability and optimization of plant costs.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Maintain and continually improve the mechanical integrity program to ensure the equipment does not fail in a way that will interrupt production.</li></ul>Qualifications Requirements:<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Bachelor's degree is required; preferably in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent of 10 years' experience</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Extensive experience with CMMS Systems, Data &amp; Analytics; Preferably experience with new CMMS implementation </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Working knowledge of maintenance programs and labor management</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Analytical thinking: the ability to think critically and logically, as well as the ability to work with large sets of data and make sense of them.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Technical aptitude: a strong understanding of the systems, equipment, and processes at hand.
