SUMMARY

Nexamp is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and support our recruitment initiatives and goals. This position will support our exciting growth, as well as ensure a positive candidate experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will have proven experience with sourcing and screening candidate in technical roles, and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships – both in person and remotely. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and experience (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, hire)
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process from kick-off to first day
  • Proactively search for candidates through passive engagement and reach-out, creating a pipeline for future talent and defining sourcing strategies and methods for hard-to-fill positions
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the diversity of our talent pool
  • Manage and coordinate candidate processes and communicate with applicants to answer questions, schedule interviews, and ensure timeliness
  • Own responsibility for Nexamp’s Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data is accurate 
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to efficiently plan for a smooth on-boarding
  • This role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented and a team player.

Key qualifications as follows:

  • A minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with a combination of experience in both preferred 
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated and curious to learn new strategies, technologies, or new sourcing avenues
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently, as well as collaboratively with the team and hiring managers
  • Technical sourcing, or technical recruiting experience preferred
  • Prior experience and involvement working on DE&I initiatives preferred, a commitment towards diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring
  • Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required
  • Greenhouse (ATS) experience is a plus
