Job Description

You'll work directly with the founders to support and ensure the success of junee's company clients. You're passionate about creating and leading behavioural change initiatives across a variety of company partners, testing and learning what strategies are best at encouraging people to use junee. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundation of junee's client engagement strategy, establish best practices for onboarding and retention of company clients, and help make reusables mainstream!

ABOUT JUNEE

junee is starting the reusa-bowl revolution with a borrow-and-return system of takeaway packaging that employees can use for their workday lunch.

Why? The UK generates 11 billion pieces of packaging waste each year from lunch takeaway alone. And the problem is getting worse: more than half of all plastic in existence today was created after 2008.

We're an early stage tech-for-good startup supported by Innovate UK, WeWork, Huckletree Alpha, Mayor of London, and Sustainable Ventures.

We're on a mission to save 25 million single-use containers from going to landfill by 2025.

🌲 "How did we ever throw things away after just one use?" - You, 2030

  • Managing the whole delivery process for junee's company clients - including onboarding, regular client communication, driving junee adoption and engagement, analysis and insights of data - and more!
  • Designing, testing, and evaluating behavioural change programmes to maximise adoption and utilisation of junee across company clients
  • Gaining client input and buy-in through facilitating workshops, leveraging their knowledge of the business to better tailor adoption & utilisation programmes to their needs
