Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving complex technical projects across engineering and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will excel in critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making to ensure projects are effectively scoped, aligned with company objectives, and executed with speed. They will also demonstrate a strong ability to assess and resolve challenges, turning ambiguity into actionable plans, and navigating resource constraints in high-growth environments.
