Sealed is seeking an experienced, performance driven marketing specialist  to lead our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program. This position requires someone skilled at strategic thinking, educating, influencing, and executing to hit aggressive marketing objectives and business results.

What will you do?

  • This role will be critical in helping the Growth team achieve its targets.

    • Lead conversion rate optimization for Sealed’s consumer-facing websites and landing pages
    • Help concept, build, implement and manage a robust pipeline of optimization tests in partnership with internal teams and outside partner(s), continuously improving conversion metrics and driving new customer acquisition
    • Partner with performance, brand, product, analytics, and engineering to identify and seize opportunities to improve web conversion rates
    • Develop a holistic roadmap and aggressive test and learn plan

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO/ web strategy
  • Proven CRO experience on a direct to consumer business with a track record of delivering results
  • Understanding of how to gather data-driven insights from program performance and develop recommendations to drive continuous improvement in results.
  • Excellent project management skills. Able to organize and coordinate with internal teams to launch experiments on time with high quality
  • Experience working with creative and web development teams, with the ability to translate plans into clear and actionable creative and dev requests
  • Strong analytical and technical expertise
  • Must excel in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track of developing data based insights and recommendations to increase conversion rates across consumer facing websites, while simultaneously improving the user experience

  • Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy, you may not be a Tableau expert, but you are able to draw actionable strategic insights and conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and synthesizing raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Hardworking, resourceful and gritty: when you have a goal, you find a way to meet it
  • Comfortable asking hard questions to get to the root of a problem, and creatively solve it
  • An architect and a builder - you can imagine what you want to create, and don’t mind doing the hard work to bring your vision to life
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
