We are hiring immediately for QHSE Specialist NEA - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.  Purpose of the JobEnsure effective implementation of QHSE policies and procedures and assist in a sustainable culture of QHSE at depots and site locations across the then North-East Asia business (Japan / South Korea / Taiwan). What you’ll do<ul><li>Assist in the implementation of policies, processes that promote continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, &amp; Environment</li><li>Assist in the completion of project tenders relating to QHSE</li><li>Providing advice and assistance to functional managers, supervisors and staff</li><li>Assists in ensuring compliance to local legislative requirements across the Aggreko North-East Asia region including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan</li><li>Assist in producing learning/safety alerts in line with reports received within the global risk and accident database</li><li>Assist in the QHSE internal and external audit programme</li><li>Maintains Aggreko QHSE documentation  and support translation</li><li>Ensure adherence to Aggreko’s policies, procedures and standards in sites and depots.</li><li>Assist and deliver QHSE training to staff.</li><li>Assist QHSE induction to new starters and existing employees</li><li>Conduct Risk assessments</li><li>Assist in accident/incident investigations</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>High level written and verbal communication (English and Japanese)</li><li>University Degree Qualifications in related discipline preferred</li><li>Possess certified course in Health, Safety or Environmental</li><li>Auditing experience preferably with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001</li><li>Computer literate, experience with MS office packages</li><li>Effective administrator, well organized and methodical</li><li>Able to travel with in the North East Asia Region  </li></ul>Join us, bring your energy, and grow your career.Equity, diversity and inclusion at AggrekoWe welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
