Prepare: Impactful presentations and reports for the Global Finance Director to facilitate informed decision-making.
Hold: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Controlling, or Operational Finance.
Bring: First professional experience in operative controlling (e.g., through internships), with a strong desire to grow and build a successful career in finance and controlling.
Communicate: Fluently in English, both spoken and written, to operate effectively in a global environment.
Excel: In PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, to handle data efficiently.
Know: SAP systems or show a strong willingness and aptitude to learn them quickly.
Demonstrate: A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication and prioritization skills to manage tasks effectively.
