Your mission As a Business Analyst at JA Solar you will act as a bridge between cross-functional business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, requirement gathering, and process mapping. You will analyze business needs, document workflows, and translate them into actionable specifications for developers. With a strong understanding of business operations (Sales, Finance, Logistics) and familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems, the role demands analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach. Further responsibilities include supporting training and maintaining user documentation. Your Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Analysis &amp; Documentation <ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and map end-to-end workflows.</li><li>Analyze software processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.</li></ul>2. Requirement Gathering &amp; Stakeholder Communication <ul><li>Gather requirements from users and translate them into technical specifications for IT and developers.</li><li>Act as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure alignment and manage expectations.</li></ul>3. Solution Design &amp; Development Support <ul><li>Validate proposed solutions and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Support Salesforce, ERP, and enterprise application integrations and enhancements.</li><li>Drive change management initiatives to enable smooth implementation.</li></ul>4. Collaboration &amp; Training <ul><li>Organize brainstorming sessions and meetings to gather insights into user needs.</li><li>Work with Logistics and cross-functional teams to implement process changes.</li><li>Train users on system updates and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user handbooks.</li></ul>5. Analytical Thinking &amp; Continuous Improvement <ul><li>Perform data analysis to support decision-making and process optimization.</li><li>Leverage critical thinking to assess challenges and recommend actionable solutions</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li><li>Understanding of business operations (Sales, Finance, Logistics) and experience with Salesforce and ERP systems.</li><li>Ability to document workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Skilled in using documentation platforms like Confluence and Jira.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a quick learning ability and adaptability.</li><li>Speak Chinese fluently</li></ul>
