Your mission
The Business Analyst Intern will act as a bridge between cross-functional business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, requirement gathering, and process mapping. The intern will analyze business needs, document workflows, and translate them into actionable specifications for developers. With a strong understanding of business operations (Sales, Finance, Logistics) and familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems, the role demands analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach. Responsibilities also include supporting training and maintaining user documentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis & Documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and map end-to-end workflows.
  • Analyze software processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
2. Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Communication
  • Gather requirements from users and translate them into technical specifications for IT and developers.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
3. Solution Design & Development Support
  • Validate proposed solutions and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support Salesforce, ERP, and enterprise application integrations and enhancements.
  • Drive change management initiatives to enable smooth implementation.
4. Collaboration & Training
  • Organize brainstorming sessions and meetings to gather insights into user needs.
  • Work with Logistics and cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
  • Train users on system updates and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user handbooks.
5. Analytical Thinking & Continuous Improvement
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Leverage critical thinking to assess challenges and recommend actionable solutions
Your profile
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Understanding of business operations (Sales, Finance, Logistics) and experience with Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Ability to document workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Agile methodologies.
  • Skilled in using documentation platforms like Confluence and Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a quick learning ability and adaptability.
  • Speak Chinese fluently
