Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in transportation, transit, or mobility services.Proven track record managing field teams, transit operations, or autonomous vehicle programs. Technical &amp; Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of transit operations, fleet management, and preventative maintenance practices.Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technologies and smart mobility systems is highly desirable.Strong grasp of safety regulations and compliance standards (DOT, NHTSA, OSHA, EPA). Leadership &amp; Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams in dynamic environments.Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills to build trust and foster collaboration. Analytical &amp; Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.Experience with budget management, financial planning, and performance metrics. Flexibility &amp; Agility: Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools.Ability to interpret and apply traffic laws, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
