If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div>What you’ll doBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:<ul><li>Define the Scout Motors long-term sales forecast and planning process, taking into account both local and global stakeholders.</li><li>Define the Scout Motors short-term sales planning process, bringing together key stakeholders to align timelines, systems, business objectives, and customer requirements.</li><li>Develop and manage a sales planning governance process that includes the relevant stakeholders from Scout Production, Finance, Sales, and the retail network, complies with stakeholder lead-time requirements, and enables the company to make data-driven sales planning decisions.</li><li>Create and manage retail sales objectives by model for Scout regions and markets, ensuring profit achievement and avoidance of standing inventory.</li><li>Together with Scout IT and Scout Digital, define the systems requirements necessary to facilitate the sales and production planning process, including demand indicators, the creation and documentation of all forecasts and sales plans.</li><li>Create, document, and manage the Scout sales and volume plan of record, owning official plan submission and all future-looking scenario planning optimized for high-level company priorities and objectives.</li><li>Develop and advocate for an optimized, continuously evolving sales forecast which optimizes profit for Scout and meets the needs of all stakeholders to the greatest extent possible.</li><li>Develop a robust process to gather and apply front-line demand inputs from customer reservations, website vehicle configurations, lost sales, Scout Inside Sales input, Scout workshops and field operations team members.</li><li>Coordinate with Scout Accessories to ensure that accessory sales targets and considerations are considered in the sales planning process, and ensure that opportunities to grow and optimize accessory profit are surfaced.</li><li>Actively communicate with the Scout field and Retail Operations team(s) to monitor and understand demand and sales trends in real time.</li><li>Provide ongoing, detailed demand inputs to the Scout sales planning process.</li></ul>Location &amp; Travel Expectations:<ul><li>This role will be based out of the future Scout Motors corporate headquarters, which is anticipated to be identified in 2025.
