<h1>We're looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our awesome team.</h1>As Head of Engineering, you’ll be responsible for scaling up Hoxton Farms’ cultivated fat production from our pilot facility to full-scale manufacturing. You’ll lead our technical operations across three core areas: Production, Scale-Up R&amp;D, and Hardware Development. This is a critical role that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution.Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape the company’s roadmap, drive major engineering build projects and ensure our production capability keeps pace with our commercial goals. We have patented bioreactors for high-yield biomanufacturing at 10x lower capex compared to legacy hardware. We opened a 500L pilot production facility in London in 2023.</li><li>Team.
