Your mission
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, checking invoices and electronic and physical filing of documents
  • Receiving and forwarding calls and carrying out correspondence tasks
  • General administrative and organizational tasks in the area of office management (e.g. coordination of cleaning staff and other service providers, cleaning the coffee machine, etc.)
  • Contact person for organizational concerns of employees
  • Purchasing, ordering and managing office, cleaning and work materials, as well as stocking the staff kitchen and meeting rooms
  • Personal assistance to the CEO (booking business trips, supporting internal events, carrying out credit card and travel expense reports)
Your profile
  • Commercial training, studies in the field of business administration or comparable qualification
  • Work experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Pro, Teams, etc.)
  • Proactive and flexible personality paired with assertiveness and service provider mentality
  • Strong communication skills and organizational talent with a high level of commitment, accuracy and reliability
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in German and English is mandatory
  • A valid category B driver's license
