Job Description
Your mission
The Intern Process Excellence is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing end-to-end business processes from scratch. This role requires defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving execution, ensuring process ownership, and leading change management initiatives. Acting as a moderator and operational leader, this position fosters collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring process adoption and continuous improvement.
1. Process Design & SOP Development- Define and document business processes, workflows, and SOPs from scratch.
- Develop scalable, standardized, and efficient operating models aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure process compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational standards.
2. Operational Leadership & Process Ownership- Act as the process owner for key business functions, ensuring execution and accountability.
- Establish process governance frameworks and ensure adherence across teams.
- Monitor and optimize business processes to drive efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with department heads to align processes with strategic business goals.
3. Moderation & Stakeholder Management- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and process mapping sessions with key stakeholders.
- Act as a moderator in operational decision-making, ensuring alignment and conflict resolution.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
4. Change Management & Implementation- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate teams on new SOPs.
- Address resistance to change and drive a culture of process ownership and continuous improvement.
5. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement- Define KPIs and metrics to assess process effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Implement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.) to drive improvements.
- Continuously refine and enhance processes based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Your profile
- Experience: 1-3 years in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
- Skills: Process design, governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
- Experience/Knowledge of: Logistics and 3PL operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and distribution. Business Process Management (BPM), Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Data analysis and KPI monitoring for operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
