We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

•Reports to the Electrode Team Leader
•Leads the coordination of activities & process continuous improvement between technicians for mixing, coating, and calendaring processes in the Product R&D line.
•Aligns with internal Product teams for electrode-related topics
•Collaborates with Lab Management, AMEF, Battery Development for ensuring technical specification of the produced electrodes


Missions :

  • Be present in the lab to oversee and validate the quality of electrodes produced.
  • Own the prototype electrode production timeline.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control protocols, analyzing data and implementing corrective actions to maintain product consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of prototyping equipment, performing routine maintenance and addressing technical issues promptly.
  • Track and resolve equipment performance issues, coordinating with internal teams or external vendors as needed.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts to improve equipment performance, process efficiency, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain detailed records of production runs, process parameters, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on production performance, equipment status, and ongoing improvements.

Prerequisites :

  • Excellent knowledge of electrode materials and their interactions
  • Strong understanding of electrode formulation and processability
  • Good knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and validation
  • Team coordination soft-skills.
  • Understanding on calibration and validation protocols for Equipments.
  • Good knowledge on statistical analysis
  • Data analysis & restitution.
