At Greenlyte Carbon Technologies, you will be responsible for supporting our project management team and coordinating DAC plant development.
This includes
Assist the Founders and Chief of Staff with strategic initiatives
Drive and coordinate projects at Greenlyte
Facilitate team communication and partner interactions
Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency
Conduct research, data analysis, and document preparation
Help with investor relations and fundraising tasks
Specifically you will…
Track project progress and identify risks
Support budgeting, reporting, and market research
Draft proposals, contracts, and manage stakeholder relations
Set up tools and build databases
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights
Manage documentation and high-priority initiatives
Your first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverables
Months 0-3
Learn company processes, track projects, conduct analysis, coordinate meetings
Enrolled or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, or related fields
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (German + English)
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tools (e.g. Notion)
Self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and passionate about sustainability
Experience in project management or startups is a plus
