Responsibilities:

  • Manage the resolution of quality incidents and follow up on corrective actions within the system.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, occupational risk prevention and environmental management.
  • Collaborate in the identification and evaluation of risks in the areas of quality, safety and environment.
  • Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with management systems.
  • Develop and deliver training and workshops related to quality, safety, and environment.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of management systems.
  • Participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents, proposing preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality, safety, and environmental policies across all areas of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Specific training in quality management systems, environmental management, and occupational risk prevention (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • English is a must
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in managing incidents and corrective actions.
  • Participation in internal audits.
  • ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Applicable legislation and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety Directive, waste management regulations).
  • Internal audits.
  • Incident and corrective action management.
  • Quality and environmental management tools (SharePoint, FMEA, SAP EHS).
  • Microsoft 365: Office applications, Planner, SharePoint, Forms, Project, WorkFlows
