Verification Officer

Role Overview: 

We are looking to hire a reliable and diligent Verification Officer who will be responsible for field assessment and every activity related to the verification of our champion's documentation and credibility.

What You’ll Do: 

• Ensure timely completion of all verifications and reporting in compliance with the outlined processes
• Ensure all application data is accurately verified in terms of laid down procedures and a full audit of the applications is completed  to ensure internal fraud is prohibited
• Verify captured applications against the physical documents and delivery of confidential documents if required.
• Assist in carrying out proper investigation and identifying discrepancies on the  application documents as well as the supporting documents
• Perform adequate Customer due diligence checks.
• Performance of Character check, skip and address tracing as officially required
• Skilfully conduct Skip tracing to unveil false or true identity
• Improve External Customer Experience via targeted process  improvement

Requirements

What You’ll Need: 

•  2+ years professional experience
• Must be able to ride a bike
• Developed and proven communication skills; oral, written
• Demonstrated experience with qualitative methods
• Ability to speak the native language is an added advantage
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative 
• Must have the highest level of integrity and professionalism
