The ideal candidate is proficient in Django and PostgreSQL, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable and testable web applications. This is a remote position, so the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team is essential. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING <ul><li>Develop, maintain, and improve web applications using Python and Django.</li><li>Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases.</li><li>Write testable code, including unit tests and end-to-end automation tests.</li><li>Work closely with team members to implement new features and enhance existing ones.</li><li>Participate actively in stand-ups, planning meetings, and team discussions.</li><li>Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.</li><li>Identify and resolve performance issues.</li><li>Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.</li></ul> WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL <ul><li>Fluent English skills (both written and spoken). </li><li>4+ years of software development experience.</li><li>Strong experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.</li><li>Ability to write testable code and implement unit tests and end-to-end automation tests.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, including the ability to discuss ideas and collaborate effectively.</li><li>Experience participating in stand-ups and planning meetings.
