Pure Power is looking for an Information Technology Coordinator to assist our IT department with the management of the company鈥檚 information technology. In this important role, you will be required to work with internal and outsourced IT support teams to assist staff with IT issues and questions in our multiple offices. Additionally, the ideal candidate isn鈥檛 afraid of challenges and possesses strong skills in technical troubleshooting, M365 tenant administration, and hardware inventory management.
To succeed as an information technology professional, the ideal candidate should be a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong computer skills.
Information Technology Responsibilities
This position reports to and works closely with the Information Technology Manager to ensure employees are provided with IT equipment, applications, and support to perform their job responsibilities. This employee is expected to work well with outside service providers responsible for supporting the company's Microsoft 365 tenant and providing first-level help desk support for employee computer issues. This position will be based out of our exciting downtown Hoboken, NJ Headquarters with the flexibility to work a hybrid in-office and remotely weekly schedule. We are next to public transportation options from NYC and Northern NJ. We also provide a parking spot for the days when an employee wishes to drive to the office and for those that utilize public transportation, we will cover the costs associated with traveling to and from the office.
