Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to create an abundant and decarbonized material future. Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels.
In this role, you will use your engineering experience to lead a team to develop low cost solutions for large scale hydrogen production plants. The team's critical objective is to design, develop, and deploy first-of-a-kind hydrogen plants incorporating our unique electrolyzer technology, enabling low-cost green hydrogen production at fossil-parity prices.  You are well suited to this role if you bring significant real-world hands-on experience, balanced with an eagerness to challenge the status quo.  You'll share our maniacal focus on achieving the lowest overall cost of green hydrogen.
This position is based in San Carlos, CA.

  • Handling hydrogen, oxygen, and deionized/ultrapure water
  • High growth startups or early stage companies
  • Renewable energy, climate tech

PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES

  • Adept at balancing being scrappy/risk-prone/innovative vs. quantitative/diligent/thorough
  • Excellent engineering communication skills to ensure system wide optimization
