Join us and play an important role in supporting the Project, Program, or Portfolio Manager and their team with vital administrative tasks. 

As an integral team member, you'll provide a great administrative service, assisting with the organisation of workshops, meetings, and travel arrangements, while also managing quotations, purchases, and ad hoc queries. Your attention to detail will ensure that all information, documentation, and records are processed, maintained, and filed accurately. Additionally, you'll maintain systems for tracking costs, timesheets, and expenses, as well as coordinate and produce summary reports. You'll also take on the responsibility of service manager for one or more P3M services and help drive the smooth operation of risk, action, issue, change, and dependency management. 

    What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

    • Proven experience in providing comprehensive administrative support, including setting up workshops and meetings, taking minutes, chasing actions, arranging travel, and managing ad-hoc queries;
    • Experience in maintaining risks, actions, issues, change, and dependency registers;
    • Experience in engaging with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery;
    • Knowledge of P3M and PMO frameworks and practice (including Agile), including maturity models;
    • Familiarity with office systems, CRM/ERP systems, document management systems, and P3M tools.
