Your mission


As a Technical Project Manager at Sungrow, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of diverse projects while aligning with our organizational goals. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with substantial technical and project management experience.


You will collaborate closely with local divisions and our headquarters in China, requiring excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


This role offers an executive (Cadre) contract for 214 working days.


What you will do:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and overall project success.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Frequent travel to customer sites across France to supervise and participate in service activities, including commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient service execution.
  • Manage service issues and implement solutions during the warranty period.
  • Organize customer training sessions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and the development of organizational processes.

Your profile
  • Education & Experience: Electrical or Industrial Engineer / High-Level Technician with 3+ years of experience.
  • Skills & Competencies: Well-organized, capable of multitasking, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in PV Solar (knowledge of battery storage is a plus).
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French (B2 level or higher); Chinese is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Assertive, a strong team player, with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Location: Based in France (Lyon preferred; main office is in Lyon).
  • Travel Requirement: Willing to travel up to 2 days per week (service car provided).
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in a global, multicultural organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in PC software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, etc.).
  • Additional Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with SCADA applications and electrical safety.
