YOUR WORKING DAY: <ul><li>Design, plan, and optimize piping and duct systems for high-temperature applications</li><li>Develop piping layouts and detailed designs, considering installation aspects, technical guidelines, and process requirements based on P&amp;ID and PFD</li><li>Conduct static stress analyses for various load cases using CAESAR II and interpret stress results</li><li>Create detailed technical drawings, including:<ul><li>Isometric drawings</li><li>Sectional 2D drawings</li><li>Standard drawings of pipe supports</li></ul></li><li>Support project management in the areas of piping and plant design</li><li>Ensure compliance with American and European norms and standards, such as ASME B31.3, EN 13480-3, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and AD 2000</li><li>Work on modularization of systems to improve scalability and efficiency</li><li>Support the packaging of components for optimized assembly and transport</li><li>Maintain and create technical records and documentation</li></ul> What do you bring? <ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, or a related field</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in piping design and construction</li><li>Strong expertise in piping layout design and stress analysis</li><li>Hands-on experience with critical media such as steam, compressed gases, and oil systems</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and stress analysis software like CAESAR II</li><li>Solid understanding of relevant norms and standards (ASME B31.3, EN 13480-3, PED, AD 2000)</li><li>High level of personal responsibility and ability to work independently and in a team</li><li>Goal-oriented, analytical mindset with a structured and motivated work approach</li><li>Very good command of German and English</li></ul> What we offer? <ul><li>Permanent employment contract!
