Job Description
Your mission
- Financial Planning & Control:
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Track project costs and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key project financials to stakeholders.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to optimize project profitability.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, contracts, and external regulations.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews related to renewable energy projects.
- Project Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with project managers to align financial planning with project execution.
- Support contract and procurement negotiations from a financial perspective.
- Monitor key project performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust plans as necessary.
Your profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Finance certifications (CMA, CPA) are a plus.
- 1-3 years in project control, financial analysis, or project management.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk management.
- Background in construction, engineering or renewable energies projects.
- Financial & Cost Control – Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and ensure projects stay within financial limits.
- Scheduling & Planning – Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project).
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Strong Excel skills or Power BI.
- Communication & Collaboration – You work well with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail – You can identify risks early and propose solutions.
- Understanding of contract management, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is beneficial.
