As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new sales hires and leading training efforts for ongoing professional development.

What will you do?

You’ll create and execute the sales enablement function blueprint to scale the sales organization efficiently and ramp sales reps faster in a high-velocity sales cycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, mission-aligned sales enablement leader to make an immediate impact.

This role requires an experienced leader who is prepared to partner with cross-functional partners within the organization and take on the exciting challenge of supporting a critical function within a fast-paced, high-growth sales organization. You are a passionate self-starter and team player, who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a strong sense of integrity. The Sales Enablement Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales Enablement.


What success looks like 

Train: You will onboard new sales team members, partnering with sales leadership and subject matter experts to continually improve the new sales hire journey.

Build: You will aid in the development of sales playbooks and job aides, making sure the sales team has the knowledge and resources they need when they need it.

Grow: You will play an integral role in developing a best-in-class training and development program for the sales team, making an impact on our sales team execution and helping our team develop as sales professionals.

 

Requirements 

  • 3-5+ years of overall sales experience with at least 1-2 years in a sales enablement role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • Proven ability to create and execute programs and initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of the sales process and the buyer’s journey.
  • Proven success supporting sales teams by reducing time-to-ramp and driving sales productivity through scalable programs.
  • Experience with Knowledge Management Systems and sales tools, such as Outreach, Gong, and Guru
