Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager (KAM) in Sweden, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales, and expanding Spirii’s customer base in Sweden. You will work closely with the Nordic Sales team to execute Spirii's sales strategy, foster customer satisfaction, and contribute to Spirii's growth and success in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters. - Grow Customer Base in Sweden:
Drive efforts to expand Spirii’s customer base in Sweden by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, targeting key accounts, and growing the market share. - Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of Swedish customers while ensuring Spirii’s revenue targets are met. Align these strategies with the overall business objectives of the company. - Market Analysis:
Continuously monitor the Swedish market for emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Use these insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver optimal solutions and ensure smooth execution of projects. Coordinate efforts across departments to enhance customer experience. - Problem Solving:
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Work proactively to prevent potential challenges. - Regional Travel:
Travel within Sweden and occasionally to Denmark to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent Spirii.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication and relationship management in the Swedish market.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the Swedish market.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitors in Sweden.
- Previous experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry or EV chargers sector is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for growth and innovation.
