In this role, you'll leverage your deep expertise in cost modeling to create detailed should-cost analyses for components and assemblies across our entire product portfolio. This isn't just about crunching numbers – we need someone who can dive deep into manufacturing processes, understand cost drivers, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and capture value. Your analytical rigor and business acumen will directly impact our bottom line and competitive position in the market.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop Detailed Cost Estimates: Utilize Engineering BoM information, engineering drawings, computer-aided design (CAD) models, costing systems, and physical parts to generate precise piece price and tooling cost estimates inclusive of product, direct, and indirect costs.</li><li>Teardown and Analysis: Perform or support teardown of complex automotive components to analyze parts and develop a Bill of Materials (BoM).
