We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical understanding, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Conduct effective cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of professional B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise software
- Proven track record in complex B2B sales environments and closing deals - strong results focus
- Experience with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder management
- Strong self-motivation and confidence in approaching new business opportunities
- Experienced in cold calling and prospecting new business
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions
- Experience with modern SaaS sales methodologies
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- German B2 and located in Germany
