Your mission We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our largest automotive clients (OEMs &amp; Tier-1 suppliers). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for your portfolio, driving value for our clients while contributing to Prewave’s growth.<ul><li>Nurture and build strong relationships with your portfolio automotive  clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.</li><li>Develop and execute a strategic account plan to grow and strengthen your portfolio.</li><li>Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships on C-Level.</li><li>Lead complex sales-cycles and effectively present the value of the Prewave solutions to C-level executives of organizations.</li><li>Ownership of renewing existing agreements on time in order to prevent churn.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor on Prewave’s solutions (LkSG, Resilience, EUDR, EUBR) and guide customers through ESG regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Identify, qualify (BANT qualification), and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Represent Prewave at events and conferences, expanding your network and strengthening customer relationships.</li></ul> Your profile Must-Haves<ul><li>5+ years of selling software and/or services to accounts in the automotive or manufacturing industry </li><li>Proven success using solution selling methodologies</li><li>Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong negotiation, pipeline management and forecasting skills</li><li>Professional, results-driven attitude</li><li>Native in German, fluent in English, both written and spoken</li><li>Be willing to travel as required</li><li>Valid work permit for Austria or Germany</li></ul>Bonus points for<ul><li>Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction and supply chains</li><li>Experience in start-ups / scale-ups</li><li>Previous experience in working with supply chain and procurement departments</li></ul> What we offer you <ul><li>Competitive Compensation and Benefits: The minimum gross monthly salary according to the IT collective agreement is EUR 4,485.
