About The Role The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the company’s facilities, including the management of Operations Engineers, Operators, budgets, and to ensure project delivery. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of plant equipment and systems, while driving continuous improvement and innovation across all operational processes. You will play a critical role in achieving the company’s strategic goals, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and maintaining optimal production levels.
