Your role is crucial in ensuring the resilience and reliability of our critical network infrastructure, which supports the success of our business teams. </div><div> </div><div><div><strong>What You Will be doing</strong></div><ul><li>Leading the design and architecture of complex network solutions, ensuring they meet the scalability, performance, and security requirements of our global operations</li><li>Overseeing the configuration and management of network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and SDWAN, to ensure optimal performance and reliability</li><li>Managing relationships with vendors and multiple service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality network services and support</li><li>Administering Palo Alto firewalls, ensuring their optimal configuration, management, and maintenance to protect our network infrastructure</li><li>Implementing network optimization techniques and technologies to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve overall network efficiency</li><li>Ensuring that all network infrastructure complies with industry standards and security protocols, protecting against potential threats and vulnerabilities</li><li>Managing the network infrastructure within data centres and colocations, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities</li><li>Overseeing the provisioning and management of telecom circuits and internet services to support global connectivity needs</li><li>Leading the implementation and migration to SDWAN, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with existing network infrastructure</li><li>Attracting, developing, and retaining top networking talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team</li><li>Participating in strategic planning and roadmap development, contributing technical expertise to ensure the alignment of network initiatives with business goals </li><li>Engaging in engineering discussions and decision-making processes, leveraging your technical knowledge to influence and guide the design, build, and operation of robust, scalable, and secure network solutions</li><li>Your passion for people and investment in their success will be crucial as you lead this team to deliver a resilient and critical network infrastructure that supports our business teams globally</li><li>Own and deliver a robust, scalable, supportable enterprise and data centre network that is critical to our company’s success through ensuring the operational health of the network services provided are available 24x7x365</li><li>Own and deliver a robust, scalable, supportable enterprise and data centre network that is critical to our company’s success through ensuring the operational health of the network services provided are available 24x7x365</li><li>Ensure Operational excellence in change management, inventory management and all operational practices follow standards and best practices</li><li>Work closely with all business teams globally and deliver robust network solutions that are effective, efficient, scalable, and reliable as per business needs</li></ul></div><div><strong>Who you are and what you bring</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years combined experience in hands-on network engineering and managing highly technical teams</li><li>Strong Verbal and Written communication skills </li><li>Tech savvy, proficient in using service apps, and thrives on using technology to solve problems</li><li>Ability to handle several simultaneous tasks while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive tasks and issues to completion</li><li>Experience in a large-scale, dynamic enterprise environment with production/revenue-based networking that is critically relied upon for the success of the business</li><li>Capability to roll up sleeves and dig into the work of your team</li><li>Highly motivated, strong sense of urgency and track record of getting results</li><li>Experience and familiarity with various Security tools and Network tools</li></ul><div> </div>
