Enphase is also one of the most successful and innovative clean energy companies in the world, with more than 80 million products shipped across 160 countries. <br>  <br>Join our dynamic teams designing and developing next-gen energy technologies and help drive a sustainable future!</div><div> </div><div>This role at Enphase requires working onsite <strong>3 days a week</strong>, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.</div></div> </div><div><strong>What you will be doing</strong></div><ul><li>Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and timely recording of acquisitions, disposals, and transfers</li><li>Conduct regular physical inventories of fixed assets and reconcile with the fixed asset register</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries related to fixed assets, including depreciation, impairments, and revaluations</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards</li><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of fixed asset-related disclosures</li><li>Develop and maintain internal controls related to fixed asset accounting and ensure adherence to company policies</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Support various finance and accounting projects as needed</li></ul><div><strong>Who you are and what you bring</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, preferably in a multinational corporation</li><li>Semi qualified CA (Preferred) / Qualified CA (Optional) / MBA Finance (Optional)</li><li>Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines and able to respond effectively to changing priorities</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills with cooperative, interdisciplinary approach</li><li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and standard accounting processes and controls</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel.  Working experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus</li></ul><div> </div>
