You will use your experience in Systems Engineering delivery to ensure that New Product satisfies demanding performance, safety and quality requirements.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: <ul><li>Lead the development of and uphold core systems, engineering processes and capability within the business. Author, elicit and manage accurate stakeholder requirements for Energy Solution products.</li><li>Perform / co-ordinate analysis of system requirements and lead activities such as Use Case analysis, functional analysis, robustness and safety analysis. </li><li>Liaise with technical specialists, deliver the architectural design of Energy Solution products, to ensure robust system architecture which fulfils challenging stakeholder requirements.</li><li>Produce and maintain tracible systems documentation such as User, Product and System Requirements Specifications.</li><li>Maintain and interact with Systems Models, ensuring systems artifacts are generated, controlled and linked in a consistent manner across different projects.</li><li>Requirements management through development and during the product lifecycle.</li><li>Maintain familiarity with the tools and SW products required to correctly fulfil the system integration tests.</li><li>Support the introduction of new technology and methods to the business where appropriate.</li><li>Attend team and 1-1 meetings and fulfil reporting requirements as required by Artemis Technologies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Artemis Technologies Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Build good working relationships across Artemis Technologies.</li><li>Contribute to shaping a culture that reflects Artemis Technologies Values and Behaviours and enable the company to achieve its goals.</li></ul> PERSON SPECIFICATION: Education/Qualifications and Experience Required:<ul><li>Holder of a Bachelor (BSc /BEng) degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering). </li><li>5+ years working in a Systems Engineering or Control Engineering function with experience in electrification / e-mobility technology.</li></ul> Key Skills Required: Technical Skills:<ul><li>Systems Engineering within robust development &amp; process frameworks (INCOSE, ASPICE etc.) </li><li>Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and familiarity with SysML is desirable. </li><li>Requirements management methods and tools. </li><li>Experience with Enterprise Architect and Jama Connect is desirable. </li><li>Application of Functional Safety and / or Cybersecurity. </li><li>Technical / domain specialism in electrification technologies, particularly Lithium-Ion Battery Systems, Battery Management Systems and EV Charging Systems. </li></ul> Communication Skills: <ul><li>Good report writing skills – clear, concise, and well structured. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li></ul> Organising Skills: <ul><li>Ability to coordinate with other departments and flag issues. </li><li>A focus on ‘delivery’ to an agreed schedule.</li></ul> Teamworking Skills: <ul><li>Ability to relate well to others, and build co-operative and collaborative working relationships, both internally and externally.</li></ul> Life at Artemis Technologies:At Artemis Technologies, you will not just be starting a new job — you’re joining a passionate team.
