As an IT Business Partner (f/m/d), you serve as the central connection between IT and the business units. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, you align IT solutions with business requirements to create real value.
Strategy & Processes: Develop a deep understanding of the strategy, processes, and priorities of your assigned regions, analyzing their specific requirements.
Requirement Management: Translate business requirements into IT needs, ensuring that appropriate solutions are efficiently delivered.
Interface Role: Strengthen relationships between IT and business units, act as the main escalation point for IT-related issues, and foster constructive collaboration.
Innovation: Ensure IT strategies, solutions, and services are continuously aligned with business goals, and develop proposals for optimization and innovation.
Change Management: Coordinate IT change projects, lead communication among stakeholders, and support seamless implementation through proactive change management.
Synergies: Promote knowledge sharing, share best practices with other IT Business Partners and teams, and drive the implementation of group-wide guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with solid professional experience in IT—preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, architectures, and processes, especially within the SAP landscape.
Communication & Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to clearly convey complex topics and strong interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions are among your strengths.
Organization & Team Spirit: Experience in managing projects and priorities in a dynamic, international environment, with a preference for working in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
Language Skills & Work Ethic: Fluent in both German and English, with a self-reliant and responsible work style, as well as a high degree of discretion and trustworthiness.
