As a Systems Support Intern, you will play a key role in helping to streamline and optimize our internal processes, supporting various projects and initiatives. You’ll work closely with the team to improve document management systems, update project schedules, and enhance our project management software to make it more efficient and user-friendly. This position offers hands-on experience in systems support and project management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Document Management: Assist in refining and organizing our document repository to ensure it reflects all the necessary document types required for typical projects. Help sort and categorize files to improve accessibility and ensure consistency across projects.
- Schedule Template Updates: Aid in updating and improving project schedule templates. This will involve reviewing current templates, suggesting improvements, and ensuring they align with best practices for project management.
- Project Management Software Support: Assist in cleaning up and optimizing structures within our project management software to improve user experience and overall functionality. This may include reorganizing tasks, workflows, and templates to make them more intuitive and user-friendly.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self-organize priorities, set and work to deadlines, often with limited direct oversight.
- Passion for renewable energy or environmental issues, preferred.
- Familiarity with document management systems or repositories is a plus.
