Responsible for EHS functions necessary to support Leeward Renewable Energy LLC (LRE) Construction at an assigned jobsite.  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide Safety Leadership creating enthusiasm and participation among management and craft workers, resulting in excellent safety performance.</li><li>Work directly with the Site Manager and the management team to develop and implement and maintain an effective site-specific safety program.</li><li>Communicate between LRE and client management regarding safety matters.</li><li>Assist with executing the LRE safety strategy and zero accident culture on assigned project(s).</li><li>Monitoring daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA and LRE rules/policies.</li><li>Implement the project’s LRE program.</li><li>Monitor monthly safety training for completion.</li><li>Review and provide job safety analysis feedback.</li><li>Perform workplace audits and inspections to closure.</li><li>Monitor and provide training to project personnel on Concern Reports and Safety Observations.</li><li>Assist in incident investigations and notifications as needed.</li><li>Input and review incident reports.</li><li>Assist in the execution of the jobsite safety plans.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of ten (10) years of EHS experience in construction.</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of EHS experience in renewable energy (i.e., solar, battery, wind, etc.).</li><li>Holds a current CHST certification. Required</li><li>CSP certification. Preferred.</li><li>Occupational Safety bachelor's degree or related from an accredited institution. Preferred.</li><li>5 years of experience as an EHS Supervisor/Manager.
