Key Responsibilities:
Establish, document, and implement computational design workflows to enhance and streamline BIM processes.
Extract, process, and visualize BIM data to support informed decision-making.
Develop interoperability workflows between platforms such as Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, and Power BI to ensure seamless data exchange.
Automate BIM modeling tasks and optimize workflows for improved efficiency.
Support & Liaison with Engineering automation plan & Get aligned to sync plan for overall computational Modelling & Design.
Ensure QA/QC of BIM models, resolving coordination and clash detection issues.
Implement and maintain custom scripts and tools to streamline design and documentation processes.
Support project teams through technical consultation and computational design expertise.
Collaborate with Engineering and BIM teams in the development and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Ensure compliance with BIM guidelines, industry standards, and government regulations for project execution.
Oversee the adoption of best practices for BIM and computational design tools.
Develop BIM Design Models and Documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamo and Grasshopper, with a proven track record in project implementation.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Grasshopper, Dynamo, C#, and Python for BIM automation.
Autodesk Revit Certified Professional certification (preferred).
Proven expertise in developing and implementing custom tools and scripts for workflow automation and BIM model optimization.
Machine Learning (ML) for BIM automation (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 19650 and OpenBIM workflows.
Strong awareness of sustainable design principles, including alignment with the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and 2050 Decarbonization targets (advantageous).
