From concept to design and implementation for new product development projects as well as support and maintenance of existing instrument firmware, calibration software, and functional testing are all part of this exciting opportunity.  Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>System firmware development, analysis, design, implementation for new product development.</li><li>Develop drivers and support code for embedded microcontroller including UART/SPI/ADC/USB/etc. </li><li>Develop code algorithms for data modeling, sensors and signal processing. </li><li>Design and validate experiments used to test instrumentation sub-systems and integrated systems. </li><li>Automated testing, and field testing pertaining to instrumentation development.</li><li>Support and sustaining of existing instrument firmware</li><li>Develop calibration software and processes to transition new instruments from prototype to production.</li><li>Manage tasks and timelines with good time management</li><li>Provide Technical Support related to firmware as needed</li><li>Maintain and complete Documentation and records per R&amp;D processes</li></ul>Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
