About You
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within your assigned region by developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans with Retailers. You’ll forge strong relationships with Retailers, oversee sales operations, set sales goals, and provide training to their sales teams to ensure both Retailer and Regional sales and customer experience targets are met. Additionally, you’ll identify new business opportunities to increase retail and fleet sales, ensure adherence to Polestar Retailer guidelines and standards, and provide feedback, analysis, and reporting on performance to the National Sales Team and Senior Management. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers, you’ll support Retailer performance, operations, and dealer stock management while driving Polestar’s vision for innovative, customer-focused, and sustainable mobility.
