As a Sealed Product Manager, you know exactly where to focus to move the needle on key business outcomes. You understand your part of the business better than anyone else at the company, and can articulate the potential tradeoffs and challenges that must be overcome to hit important business goals.
While holding strong points of view on Sealed’s product direction, you are viewed as a partner by the rest of the team and accomplish most of your goals through “soft power” strategies to drive alignment across the team. And you do this by building trust through diligent research, active listening with team members, and detailed PRDs.
