Recurve Analytics, Inc. is seeking a  Senior Strategic Account Manager (Sr. SAM) to lead Recurve’s relationships with high-value strategic accounts, driving both operational excellence and business development. This role blends advanced account management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic growth initiatives. The Sr. SAM is pivotal in expanding Recurve’s footprint, especially within critical partnerships across diverse sectors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic lead for high-value accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and partnership growth.
  • Leverage energy/load flexibility industry experience to implement software and solution deployment for utility and commercial clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging technical capabilities with client needs.
  • Create and manage account plans, tracking progress against KPIs and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of Recurve software and solutions.
  • Ensure revenue growth, attainment and retention.
  • Identify and complete upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and the broader market by proactively introducing Recurve’s solutions to new stakeholders and prospects.
  • Assist in crafting proposals, contracts, and other sales-related materials, aligning with client needs and company objectives.
  • Support sales efforts in non-assigned accounts, providing expertise and market insight.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of strategic account management experience, with a focus on high-value clients
  • 1-2+ years demonstrated experience working in an Energy related field (e.g., Utility company, Power generation, Energy Efficiency, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience working in a software development environment (e.g. SaaS, SW Consulting, Software Dev company)
  • Bachelor’s degree in energy, business, or technical disciplines, or equivalent experience
  • Strong writing, negotiation, and public speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced technical aptitude, including familiarity with analytics tools and software solutions
  • PMP certification or formal project management training
